My name is Hersh Sisodia and I am an International Student Advisor in the Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS). I was born in India, raised in Washington D.C., and studied and work in Michigan. I graduated from Michigan State University's College of Communication Arts and Sciences with an Undergraduate degree in Communication and College of Education with a Masters in Educational Technology. I have worked for MSU for nine years.

I have traveled to several countries around the world and am always excited to be in a different country learning different cultural norms and picking up phrases. I also enjoy a variety of gastronomies. My diverse and professional backgrounds have been key factors in my love for international education. At OISS, I work with international students from over 130 countries, MSU faculty and staff on visa related matters. I also work with MSU and East Lansing Police, and the City of East Lansing on intercultural communication and acculturation with MSU's international population.
